วันที่ 5 กรกฎาคม 2564 เวลา 11.00 น. นายเธียรชัย พุทธรังษี รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด พร้อมด้วย นายสนอง ดลประสิทธิ์ หัวหน้าสำนักงานจังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด นพ.พิทักษ์พงศ์ พายุหะ รองนายแพทย์สาธารณสุขจังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด และคณะกรรมการโรคติดต่อจังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด ได้ชี้แจง ทำความเข้าใจกับบุคลากร นักศึกษาแกนนำ และตัวแทนประชาชนในบริเวณใกล้เคียง นำโดย ดร.เกรียงศักดิ์ ศรีสมบัติ รองอธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏร้อยเอ็ด ในการจัดตั้งโรงพยาบาลสนามแห่งที่ 2 ของจังหวัดร้อยเอ็ดที่ อาคารศูนย์กีฬาศรีรัศมิ์ยุวชน มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏร้อยเอ็ด เพื่อสร้างความเข้าใจที่ถูกต้อง ถึงความปลอดภัย และได้มาตรฐานโรงพยาบาลสนาม ณ ห้องประชุมพระเวสสันดร ชั้น 3 ศาลากลางจังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด
พร้อมนี้ได้พาคณะศึกษาดูงานโรงพยาบาลสนามจังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด โดยมี นายแพทย์วิบูลย์ เตชะโกศล ผู้อำนวยการโรงพยาบาลสนามจังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด กล่าวว่า โรงพยาบาลสนาม จะมีการควบคุมมาตรฐานการดำเนินการจัดเตรียมวัสดุ อุปกรณ์เวชภัณฑ์ ระบบการดูแลรักษา/ส่งต่อผู้ป่วย ระบบสื่อสาร การป้องกันควบคุมการติดเชื้อ ระบบรักษาความปลอดภัย การจัดการขยะและน้ำเสีย โดยบูรณาการความร่วมมือจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญในแต่ละสาขาวิชาชีพเพื่อประโยชน์ต่อผู้ป่วยโควิด-19 และมีความปลอดภัยสูงสุดแก่นักศึกษาและพี่น้องประชาชนโดยรอบ ส่วนผู้ป่วยที่จะย้ายมานั้น เป็นผู้ป่วยที่ไม่มีอาการ หรือมีอาการเล็กน้อย คือ ไม่มีไข้ ปริมาณออกซิเจน มากกว่า 95% (O2 Sat > 95%) ภาพเอกซเรย์ทรวงอกปกติ สามารถช่วยเหลือตัวเองได้ ไม่มีความเสี่ยงทางจิตเวช ไม่มีพฤติกรรมก้าวร้าว ไม่มีปัญหาเรื่องการสื่อสาร จึงขอให้มั่นใจในมาตรฐานดังกล่าว
Roi Et Rajabhat University, in collaboration with the Ministry of Public Health and Roi Et Provincial Office, builds understanding with leading student to establish a second Field Hospital at Roi Et Rajabhat University
On July 5, 2021 at 11:00 a.m., Mr. Thienchai Puttarangsee, Deputy Governor of Roi Et Province, together with Mr. Sanong Dolprasit, Head of the Roi Et Provincial Office Dr. Phithakpong Phayuha, Deputy Chief of Public Health, Roi Et Province and the Communicable Disease Committee of Roi Et Province explained for understanding of COVID-19 pandemic to the leader students and representatives of people nearby the community. Roi Et Rajabhat University led by Dr. Kriengsak Srisombat, Vice President of Roi Et Rajabhat University in the establishment of the second Field Hospital of Roi Et Province at Srirat Youth Sports Center Building Roi Et Rajabhat University to create a correct understanding to safety and received the standard of Field Hospital, at Phra Vessandon Meeting Room, 3rd floor, Roi Et City Hall. Along with this, the study group took a field trip to Roi Et Province Field Hospital, with Dr. Wiboon Techakosol, MD, director of Roi Et Provincial Field Hospital, said that Field Hospital Standards for material preparation operations will be controlled. The standards were included medical equipment, care/referral system, communication system, infection control and prevention, security system, waste and wastewater management; by integrating cooperation from experts in each professional field for the benefit of COVID-19 patients and has the highest safety for students and people around. As for the patients who will be transferred are asymptomatic patients or mild symptoms: no fever, oxygen content greater than 95% (O2 Sat > 95%) normal chest X-ray. They are able to help themselves with no psychiatric risk, no aggressive behavior, no communication problem. Therefore, the new Field Hospital will be confident in such standards.
