มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏร้อยเอ็ด ส่งตัวแทนนักศึกษาเข้าร่วมประกวดแข่งขัน เรื่อง การอนุรักษ์ส่งเสริมหนังประโมทัยบ้านแต้ อำเภอธวัชบุรี จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด และการประกวดแนวปฏิบัติที่ดี Good Practice การพัฒนา soft skills ด้วยกระบวนการวิศวกรสังคม ในการประชุมสัมมนานิสิต นักศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏทั่วประเทศ และได้รับรางวัลรองชนะเลิศ อันดับ 1 ของระดับประเทศ
