Two thousand six hundred sixty-three students, including foreign and internal scholarships and educational loans from the Student Loan Fund (SLF).

Support for low-income students who wish to pursue higher education at the university is provided through the following initiatives:

  1. Increase Scholarships: Establish scholarships for low-income students to support tuition fees and living expenses.
  2. Create Internship Programs: Partner with businesses, government agencies, and private organizations (MOU) to offer internships with stipends, allowing students to earn income while studying.
  3. Low-Cost Education Options: Provide information on affordable educational pathways, including short-term programs, credit accumulation courses, and online learning for reskilling and upskilling.
  4. Career Guidance Activities: Organize career counseling and scholarship application guidance for students wishing to continue their education at university.
  5. Expand Collaboration with External Organizations: Collaborate with charitable organizations or government agencies to offer scholarships and educational support.
  6. Financial Counseling Services: Provide financial advisory services regarding scholarship applications for low-income students.
  7. Support Networking Initiatives: Promote the creation of networks among low-income students to share information and experiences related to scholarship applications.
  8. Income Generation During Studies: Create opportunities for students to earn income by selling offline and online products.

Through these initiatives, the university aims to help low-income students gain more effective access to higher education and foster academic and personal growth opportunities.

Educational Guidance Activities: Organize guidance sessions on further education and host activities to invite senior high school (Grade 12) and vocational students (VET level) from target groups. Through skill competitions and other activities, students can visit and experience university life, thereby increasing their chances of making informed decisions about continuing their education.

    Public relations to inform first and second-year students who borrow from the Student Loan Fund (SLF) to attend a lecture on solutions to problems of the Student Loan Fund (SLF) and informal debt by the Minister of Justice. Dressed in student uniform, registration form.

    Scholarships/Donations from individuals or external organizations to support education (eligible for a double tax deduction) can be used for educational purposes such as purchasing educational materials, textbooks, academic books, media, and technology for education, as well as other educational-related materials and equipment that support and enhance student learning activities as needed.

    1. Financial Advisory Services: We offer counseling on applying for loans or exploring various financial options for low-income students.

    Guidelines for Student Loan Fund Loans for the 2024 Academic Year (Semester 1/2024). Please read the announcement and proceed as follows:

    • Type of borrower (student code 67 and other codes)
    • New (never borrowed from anywhere)
    • The old one changed schools (used to borrow from the previous school)
    • Old students changed their courses/majors in the academic year 2024 (they had previously borrowed from Roi Et Rajabhat University but changed their courses/majors)

    1. Register for DSL access rights in 2 ways: via the Student Loan Fund connect phone or via the fund website www.studentloan.or.th from now until July 30, 2024 (If you have already registered, you do not need to register again. Use the same password)

    2. Prepare documents to be attached to the DSL system from now until July 30, 2024. Name the document file, such as a copy of the borrower’s ID card or a letter of consent to disclose borrower information, and read the details of preparing documents according to the manual.

    3. Inform the DSL system of your intention to apply for a loan by submitting an application through the DSL system. You cannot apply for a loan (you are waiting for the Student Loan Fund to open the system). If you can, you will be notified again.

    The university, the Stock Exchange of Thailand (Home – Stock Exchange of Thailand), and the Student Loan Fund have determined a mandatory curriculum that borrowers must complete. There are six undergraduate financial skills development courses, 1 hour each (everyone must study) in the SET e-Learning system (Financial Planning – SET e-Learning). This promotes networking among low-income students to exchange information and experiences in applying for scholarships and gain financial knowledge.
